Rebecca Berg MA, LPCC, NCC
I specialize in depth therapy and dreamwork for people wrestling with grief of all kinds. Bereavement, separation, aging, health issues, changes in employment, a move—any loss or transition, internal or external, can disrupt our sense of ourselves, re-open old wounds, trigger anxiety or depression, isolate us, and really make us wonder: is there something wrong with me? Often, the demands of daily life push us to hide or disown these feelings. And yet grief is an inevitable part of any fully lived life. That’s where therapy comes in. I offer a safe space where your full experience is welcome, because when we listen to grief and keep it company, it becomes easier to manage. It may even open a door to something new.
I bring my own history of losses and transitions to this work, so my approach is supportive, non- pathologizing, and collaborative. Depending on your goals and preferences, we may explore your history, work with your dreams, process trauma, do mindfulness-based somatic work, experiment with coping techniques, re-imagine your story arc, or examine relational patterns as they unfold between us.
If you’re interested in working with me and would like to see if the fit feels right, please email me to arrange a free video consult. You’ll also find more info on my website, EnlivenedLifeTherapy.com. Currently I have in-person availability on Sunday afternoons, and I offer online sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
