Detailed Information

I specialize in working with individuals, teens and couples struggling with life, communication and health issues by creating a warm, open environment free of judgement. I frequently use the Enneagram, traditional talk therapy, relaxation techniques and exercise as modalities to break through barriers and disease to lead people down their own path to a healthier life. People often have the answers to their own problems, it is my job to unlock whatever is keeping those answers from being realized.

In addition to counseling I offer coaching solutions for improved sport performance. Sessions will address psychological and physical aspects of sport performance.
