Renting Space Available at People House Office and workshop space is available (by the month or by the hour) for professionals wanting their own space while being associated with one of the oldest personal growth organizations in the Metro Denver area. We are primarily interested in healing arts professionals, facilitators, counselors or spiritual practitioners. Prices effective January 1, 2016

We have 3 different rental programs:

 1)  Hourly Rate (for all non-leased Offices and Meeting rooms

  • $25 per hour

2) Classroom/Group Room Space  (Chapel, Loft, & Spruce Room)

  • The Evening: $50 for any portion of the evening – beginning at 6PM
  • One Full Day: $135 up to 10 hours of room use per day.
  • Two Consecutive Days: $250 up to 10 hours of room use per day.
  • Entire Weekend: $300 includes 3 hours Friday, 10 on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday.

3) Wedding Chapel Area (use of the entire 2nd floor, except the Executive Office):  $75.00 for the 1st hour of use and $30.00 for every half-hour or portion thereafter.  People House ordained ministers are the only ministers allowed to perform wedding services at People House

The “Weekend” rate guarantees the practitioner the room for the entire weekend with the agreement People House will not rent the room on Saturday evening so people can leave their materials in the room overnight.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the Workshop/Facilitator to schedule the appropriate space before presenting materials for publication in the newsletter or website.

Policies & Guidelines: Rooms are scheduled on a 1st-come, 1st-serve basis. Call 303-480-5130 to check for availability. All first-time users of space or non-affiliates of People House will be asked to complete an application. If your workshop/class or event falls under the publication deadline for the People House newsletter, you may advertise in our newsletter at a nominal fee. We strongly suggest that you use other methods to market your class and not rely on publication in the newsletter as your sole support. We distribute 7,000 newsletters 3-times per year. Cancellation of room use must be made 48 hours or more before the date your event is scheduled. If you cancel a reservation in less than 48 hours, you must pay for the 1st day of the room reservation. Payments may be left the day of your event by placing a check payable to People House in the donations box at the entrance to the chapel; please clearly marked for its intention. If payment is not made within 14 days of room use, People House reserves the right to deny future room use to the applicant and asses a late fee. No alcohol or smoking is allowed inside the People House building. Please make sure all electric appliances are turned off in the kitchen areas, the chairs and pillows in your room are stacked against a wall, dishes are washed and trash is taken out. You will be issued the code to the key pad. If you are the last person out of the building, it is your responsibility to lock all external doors.
